		<description>I think it's very unlikely that in-ear headphones would fit that far inside the ear, unless you have particularly large ear canals.

Even the very small earphones like the &lt;a href="http://www.hifiheadphones.co.uk/sleek-audio-sa6-in-ear-sound-isolating-headphone-prodid-323.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;Sleek Audio SA6&lt;/a&gt; and Klipsch Image only go into the ear as far as the outer section of the ear canal.</description>
