Hi Scott,

As they were bought from Amazon you should go to them with any warranty claims – the A83’s come with a 1 year warranty.

Amazon are fully responsible for the warranty – we don’t look after Fidue warranties bought outside of Hifiheadphones as we are only a reseller.

Hoping you can help me out here, I’m having an issue with a faulty connector in my Fidue A83,s on the left side. These were purchased from Amazon only 5 months ago. Do you guys carry out repairs / warranty work on behalf of Fidue?
