Burson know how to make an excellent sounding and well built DAC/Amp, the Play is really an excellent piece of kit for the price.
Campfire Audio has landed and the Comet is their entry level earphone, coming in at just over £200. The Comet has set the bar on quality at this price - giving a taste of what to expect from this exciting brand.
The Sennheiser HD820 is available to listen at our Sussex UK demo room in Shoreham-by-Sea - close to Brighton and London. The HD820 is also available to order here.
It's Hifiheadphones' pleasure to announce the full range of Campfire Audio products is now available from our outlet!
Audeze's new LCD-4z hits us hard; both with sub-bass and credit card bills. However, relaxing with a set of these in place will certainly mask the insistent knocks on the door from bailiffs.
For the price, and size the FiiO X1 II is a great little DAP, it will serve you well on your daily commute or when out and about. It has a smooth, easy to listen to sound that is about enjoyment over ultimate detail.
The Edifier W830BT is not a headphone for the seasoned audiophile, they are for the average person looking for a quality Bluetooth headphone for out and about use. For this purpose, you cannot go wrong with them, easy to use and fun to listen to, along with effectively blocking out most ambient noise.
So there you have it, two beautiful cables both with different sound signatures. Which will be for you, it all depends on synergy and what differences you want out of your current IEM's.
Horus is a cable that is incredibly dynamic sounding, it is full and impactful, yet at the same time it is open, airy and detailed. It may sound contradictory, but that is really how I hear this cable.
Cables are a much debated topic in the audio industry, I am a believer in small changes between cables and that synergy is king. The Thor Silver II adds a little extra sparkle up top without sounding harsh or ruining the dynamics of your headphones of choice.
The M1 is the perfect player for everyday easy listening and also for sports use. It's size and aftermarket case allow you to clip it to an armband, and the bluetooth support allows you to go wireless when out jogging.
The Shanling UP is a superb High Resolution DAC/Amp for portable use, if you have some good headphones, you are not hearing their full potential out of a phone. This will change that, the UP with give you the clarity, detail and soundstage that your phone simply cannot.
Prices for top of the range Headphones have been pushing up and up recently, but if you wish to keep your feet on the ground then the Focal Elear is one of the best which can be had for under a grand.
The Shanling M2s is a highly capable, small footprint, high resolution DAP that is feature packed and has superb sonic abilities, do not look further for a sub £300 player.
