I’d also like to know if the bass on this is still present, as I need low end frequencies cutting heavily.

Hi Steve. Thank you for your comment. Great point about synchronisation. Thanks to the dedicated docking station wireless transmitter, the OSKAR transmits using low latency LC3 wireless technology so there should be no synching issues. Currently there are no plans of filter upgrades that I am aware of. This is a good suggestion and I will pass your feedback onto faller.

The review would be even more meaningful to me if (a) the reviewer had included two or three hard of hearing helpers for insight; (b) there was some assessment of the quality of synchronisation – my wife and I enjoy watching TV together but the experience is ruined if the soundtrack delivered in the enhancement product is asynchronous; (c) there was a comment about future “upgradability” – will there or won’t there be updates to the filter algorithms and, if so, will they be chargeable or might they be free for a defined period of ownership, etc.?
