JDS Labs Atom+ Stack: Many of us are already well acquainted with JDS Labs because of their widely popular and affordable DACs & AMPs that they design and build. Luckily for us, they recently updated their most affordable Atom line. Now known as the Atom Amp+ & the Atom DAC+ Headfonia checks out what is under the “hood”.

In fact, this announcement was not on our roadmap and JDS Labs is doing well without the need to grab your attention. Headfonia really enjoys the updated Atom (now Atom+) Stack. Their conclusion “JDS Labs continues to develop the Atom line consistently every passing year. Just when I was about to say how much better it could get, they continue to surprise me by finding something to improve. Of course, this makes me very happy because there are not many alternatives in this price range. Especially any that offer this kind of performance. Thanks to the rising prices, the number of desktop products under $100 is decreasing steadily. It is truly admirable that JDS is still defending the sub-100 castle. I hope they continue to do so because the Atom+ stack offers an excellent price to performance ratio.”
